Over 22,000 supporters attended the final match of the season against Alnwick Town at St James’s Park back in May and the side have since re-established a development squad in a bid to progress through the divisions.
The Lady Magpies kick-off their WPL Division One campaign away to Merseyrail on August 21.
Upon signing for Newcastle, latest arrival Oyos told the club website: "I'm so excited. The girls have been so welcoming, and Langley is incredible. I'm really excited to get some minutes."
She added: "I feel like I can simplify the game and be that force in the middle that gets the ball, settles the game down and distribute it.
